Mathew International has done extensive recruitment for the Medical Industry – wherein we have recruited all kinds of medical personnel, comprising Doctors, Nurses, Paramedical Staff, and so on for hospitals and nursing homes in overseas countries.

Two of our branch offices are located in the state of Kerala. Over 70% of the nursing personnel in India hail from the state of Kerala. We have a very strong presence in Kerala, and therefore are in an advantageous position to source and recruit high caliber nurses from this state. Our branch office in Cochin, Kerala, is the largest recruitment office in that state, where arrangements can be made to interview several hundred candidates per day.

At present we have a very large database of qualified and experienced Nursing Staff, Paramedical Staff, Doctors and other supporting staff for the medical industry, who can be recruited at short notice. This database also consists of many RN's who have passed their CGFNS or NCLEX-RN or similar exams. These candidates have been divided into 4 broad categories as follows:
